New Yoga Therapy Clients start with one extended 90-minute first session, building in some time to review any intake forms and to set specific and achievable goals to work toward. Sessions thereafter for both New and Established clients are 75-minutes each, and include instruction in the specific techniques and tools that will allow the student to progress toward their health and wellness goals.  Students can expect to work at a comfortable pace, and receive appropriately modified instruction in yogic practices such as asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), relaxation techniques and meditation. In order to achieve the best outcomes, a minimum of three sessions is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for your session. All cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged the full fee. We understand that some circumstances are extenuating and will waive this fee on a case by case basis.  If the therapist needs to cancel a session due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be notified of the cancellation by phone, text or email.
