"Yoga therapy has been an integral part of my healing journey. I have suffered from chronic hip and knee pain for a long time, and the work that I’ve done with Renée has been nothing short of transformative. There were days when I could barely walk, but the exercises and support I received through my yoga therapy program not only made the pain manageable, but helped alleviate many of my worst symptoms. I highly recommend anyone experiencing chronic pain to participate in yoga therapy, and with Renée specifically. Her knowledge, care, kindness and patience are unmatched, and she truly is an expert in her field. She is extremely giving of her time and resources, and shares her gifts without reservation. I can’t speak highly enough of Renée and yoga therapy!"

"As someone who has lived for quite some time with a variety of health challenges, I am so grateful to have found yoga therapy and Renée as my teacher. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis, and as such, my symptoms can vary greatly from week to week. Renée has an extremely calming manner to her, which in itself helps me level out almost immediately, and she helps me modify my practice to address whatever is happening at the time. Through yoga therapy, I have learned how to move in a safe and comfortable way, how to use breathing exercises to calm myself in stressful situations, and how I can live a more fulfilling life. I am stronger now than I thought would be possible, both inside and out, and my life has truly been changed. I recommend that anyone dealing with chronic pain work with Renée and give yoga therapy a try."
